The spa facilities are very good.
I stayed in a room at the back of the hotel and a mechanical noise kept me awake. It went on and off all night, i think the problem is the single glazing.

small tea selectiondisinterested staff
The hotel looked good at first, but several things bothered me. The tea selection in the room was too small. Only three tea bags is not sufficient. The breakfast service was also slow. I waited a long time to order a hot meal. Breakfast staff seemed disinterested and the food quality wasn't great either.

Acceptable Stay

quality beddingtasty breakfastrude staffinexperienced staff
The breakfast was tasty and fulfilled expectations. I found the setting lovely. The bed had quality bedding and felt very comfortable.
The reception staff did not reflect a 5-star hotel experience. They seemed quite rude. The attic bedrooms are indeed tiny. I waited an hour for wine at the evening meal. The restaurant staff was inexperienced.
